Bienvenido a Speakly (“Speakly”, “el Servicio”), una plataforma de aprendizaje de inglés asistida por inteligencia artificial operada por Digit2AI (“nosotros”). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, usted acepta estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el Servicio.

1. El Servicio

Speakly ofrece un programa de inglés personalizado generado por IA: evaluación de nivel, contenido modular, evaluaciones y retroalimentación. El contenido educativo se genera automáticamente y puede contener imprecisiones; se ofrece con fines de aprendizaje y no constituye una certificación oficial reconocida por terceros salvo que se indique expresamente.

2. Cuentas

Usted es responsable de la exactitud de la información que proporciona y de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales. Debe tener al menos 18 años, o la mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción, o contar con autorización de un tutor. Notifíquenos de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

3. Uso aceptable

• No utilice el Servicio para fines ilícitos ni para vulnerar derechos de terceros.
• No intente acceder sin autorización a los sistemas, ni interferir con su funcionamiento.
• No cargue contenido ilegal, ofensivo o que infrinja derechos de propiedad intelectual.

4. Propiedad intelectual

La plataforma, su marca, diseño y software son propiedad de Digit2AI. El contenido de aprendizaje generado para su cuenta se le concede bajo una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible, para su uso educativo.

5. Contenido generado por IA

El Servicio utiliza modelos de inteligencia artificial de terceros para generar lecciones, evaluaciones y retroalimentación. Aunque procuramos alta calidad, no garantizamos que el contenido esté libre de errores. Verifique la información crítica antes de usarla en contextos profesionales.

6. Pagos

Algunas funciones pueden ofrecerse de forma gratuita y otras mediante suscripción. Los precios, si aplican, se mostrarán antes de la compra. Las suscripciones se renuevan según el plan elegido hasta su cancelación.

7. Descargo de responsabilidad

El Servicio se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos resultados específicos de aprendizaje.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, Digit2AI no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio.

9. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente con su fecha. El uso continuado del Servicio implica la aceptación de los cambios.

Speakly provides an AI-generated personalized English program: level assessment, modular content, assessments and feedback. Educational content is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies; it is provided for learning purposes and does not constitute an officially recognized certification unless expressly stated.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have guardian authorization. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access systems without authorization or interfere with their operation.
• Do not upload illegal, offensive or infringing content.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design and software are owned by Digit2AI. Learning content generated for your account is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for educational use.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate lessons, assessments and feedback. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the content is error-free. Verify critical information before using it in professional contexts.

6. Payments

Some features may be offered free and others via subscription. Prices, if applicable, will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the chosen plan until cancelled.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digit2AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version with its date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
